This week I read about the strike action by teachers

<Source> BBC    <Date> 1 October, 2013
<Headline> Teachers set to strike over pay and conditions

<Summary>

Teachers who belong to the two famous teaching unions are set to take strike action against changes to their pensions and increased work load. The walkout would diturb students' learning, inconvenience parents and spoil estimation of teachers in the east of England, the Midlands and the Humber. (47 words)

<Reflection>

I agree with the teachers who are set to strike against the change of their pay and conditions because I think they have a right to protect their working conditions. In Japan, some students and their parents tend to regard teachers as volunteer. (I don't know if it is the same in other countries or not.) Their job is teaching, discipling and supporting students, and they probably love their students and are proud of their job. In addition, education is really important to make their country stronger and richer, so teachers shoulder a big task. Therefore, I think government should change their attitude to teachers.
